We provide digital software tools for game enhancement purposes. All products are delivered digitally via our loader application. Product keys are issued upon successful payment and are tied to your hardware.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:

We strive to maintain product functionality and undetected status. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Products may experience downtime due to game updates, anti-cheat changes, or maintenance. We will work to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
Umbra is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to account bans, hardware issues, or data loss. You use our products at your own risk and discretion.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order (email address, payment details via our payment processor). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by our partners.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
